Our engineers will work around you and your surgery minimizing disruption and down time.

Your medical equipment is tested and calibrated to the very highest standard - each engineer carries test equipment calibrated to national standards.

Minor faults identified during the service visit can, if required, be rectified whilst the engineer is on site. Our engineers carry a range of spares and consumables.

A quote will be provided within the Service Report for items requiring major repairs or parts.

The comprehensive Service Report sent following our engineers visit itemises the equipments Make, Model, Serial Number and location. The work carried out and the results of all electrical & calibration checks / tests.

Any faults, or problems identified during the visit are explained and options given to affect a repair.

All equipment serviced is tagged with a unique Nomeq number to help identify its service history.

The Service Report enables you to claim 3 QOF points for GP Practices.
